ACCOUTING

We perform all services in the field of Accounting. From the time the customer decides to set up a business, to the time when it is in operation, you can always count on our collaboration within our service. We will then give you a sense of how this works.

After the formation of the company and since the beginning of activity (which can also be treated by our services), when the full operation of the business, the customer is directed to our office between the 1st to the 8th of each month. The customer will carry the accounting documents and the means of payment of obligations during that respective month. Responsibility for the delivery of their payments is the responsibility of our services. All of document handling tasks will be performed in our offices and our computer equipment. We regularly scheduled meetings with customers to balance sheets analysis or for possible clarifications of some more relevant situations.

 Some of the services we perform in the area of ​​Accounting: 

•         We handle General and Analytical Accounting according to the Official Accounting Plan;
•         We execute and analyse analytical and general balance sheets monthly;
•         We meet regularly with the senior management, where we present the balance sheets, balance sheets and income statements;
•         Filled and delivered all mandatory and other tax returns;
•         Register and control the assets;
•         We proceed to the bookkeeping of compulsory books;
•         We prepare tax files.
